Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Manager / Engineer on a 3 month initial contract to manage a range of public buildings and leisure facilities across Redditch and Bromsgrove region.

Your main role will include:

• Effective management of cyclical maintenance, service and monitoring of mainly mechanical systems and equipment
• Management of projects and maintenance tasks undertaken by contractors
• Ensuring the service of mechanical plant and equipment
• Manage maintenance calls on a reactive basis including allocation to suitable contractors.
• Post inspection of works

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Facilities Management, Building Maintenance or Property Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of repairs and maintenance 
• CDM documentation experience
• HNC qualification would be preferred
• Health and safety knowledge essential.

£24.45 per hour via a umbrella company.
