Job Description:

Our established client is currently looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Engagement Administrator on a permanent basis.
  
Apprenticeship Engagement Officer
Walsall – Hybrid
£25,000 – £26,000
  
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience supporting Apprenticeships.  You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive and able to prioritise workloads.  Within the role you will be liaising with learners and employers, answering any queries, supporting them where necessary and reporting on progress.
  
Key duties –

• Hold regular progress updates with apprentices and their learners.
• Identify, report, and assist where learners may require any additional learning support.
• Communicate with sector specialists to contextualise feedback and drive learner improvement.
• Chase overdue interactions and work submissions.
• Produce accurate meeting reports.
• Identify opportunities for early interventions where support is needed.
• Provide first line support and effective signposting for learners and employers.
