Job Description:

4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager for a Care Home Provider based in Cheltenham. 

The main purpose of this role will be to assist in delivering the sales and marketing strategy for the care home including:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Developing and implementing local sales and marketing plans to raise awareness and generate enquiries as well as increase brand awareness, including organising/attending local meetings
  • Promote and integrate the home and its services with local community groups
  • CRM customer management
  • Create and maintain printed material across the local area
  • Hold in-home, virtual and external events for both B2B and B2C audiences, alongside the Home Manager
  • Support the Home Manager with home viewing appointments where required

The ideal candidate will have some of the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Experience in a Sales Executive, Business Development or Sales Enquiry Generation based role with excellent customer service based skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised
  • Self starter
  • Enjoys working to targets
  • Good presentation skills
  • Passion for customer excellence and helping others

In return the client is offering a salary of £35,000 – £40,000 and an OTE of £55,000 – £60,000 as well fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and many other benefits including Blue Light Discount Card and discounts at many retail and leisure venues.
