Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join a rapidly expanding business.
Your main role will be to ensure customer success for your allocated customers including:
- Service delivery management of customer accounts ensuring services meet and exceed contractual obligations and exceed customer expectations.
- Planning and forecasting customer contractual and SLA requirements
- Identify service growth opportunities and extensions
- Hold and deliver customer service reviews
- Take ownership of service escalations
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement
- Ensure service excellence and metrics
- Identify and implement improvements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Service delivery management experience in a IT based environment ideally with past experience working for a IT Managed Service Provider / Outsourcer
- ITIL Qualified
- Passionate about customer service and excellence
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong customer and internal relationships
- Budget / Financial management ideally profit and loss capabilities.
- Strong KPI and SLA experience
In return we are offering a salary of £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience and qualifications as well as a fantastic benefits package.
This role will be mainly home hybrid based with a combination of home working, onsite customer meetings and office attendance when needed.
