Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance Business Partnering for a Higher Education provider based in Central London on an initial 6 month contract.
  

• £600 – £800 per day via umbrella company
• 2 days office based and 3 days working from home
• Fully Qualified Accountants (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)

  
As part of this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Leadership of x4 Finance Business Partners
• Supporting your team through changes in ways of working and mentoring / developing your team
• Offering expert financial advice to senior stakeholders across the business
• Financial Planning and Analysis including financial modelling
• Building relationships with your business areas
• Supporting with strategic direction
• Support the business with financial decisions including identifications of risks.

  
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Fully Qualified Accountants (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Finance Business Partnering
• Leadership and management skills including supporting your team through change
• Strong communicator
• Strong relationship building skills including influencing senior leaders
• Embedding a culture of service improvement and development in your Team
• Proven accounting, analysis and reporting skills
