Step 1

We will get to know you as a candidate. What are your skills, experience and likes and dislikes as well as what you are aiming to achieve in your career or next career move.

Step 2

Discuss a selection of live roles that suit your requirements or we will speak to our clients to drive interest in your CV

Step 3

Should a client be interest in your CV or application we will arrange an interview for you

Step 4

We will support with any prior interview preparation

Step 5

Should you be successful and accept an offer we will assist with any questions, manage the offer process including negotiations.

Step 6

Provide any onboarding support such as start details, etc or if a contractor / temporary worker role assist with all onboarding including right to work, referencing, payroll onboarding and any umbrella or limited company onboarding.

Step 7

Once you have started in your new role as part of our customer care programme we will check in to see how the new role is and also should you be a contractor / temporary worker with 4M Recruitment we will speak with you on a regular basis regarding timesheets and payroll, etc as well as any other assistance you need.
