Job Description:

Our established client is currently looking to recruit an Estates Development Manager on a permanent basis.
  
Estates Development Manager
Bristol – Hybrid
£55,000 – £60,000
  
The successful candidate will have previous experience in developing properties for change of use, extensions or adaptions, or identifying new development opportunities.  You will have experience across a range of construction disciplines ranging from surveying, cost management, contract management, project management and procurement, have experience in planning and design and have knowledge of JCT/NEC contract administration and Construction regulations.
Key duties

• Support the development of a development plan, for the existing sites
• Build and support a network of trusted development partners, to identify development opportunities
• Manage and negotiate the acquisition, planning, design, and construction aspects of the development projects, from inception to successful handover
• Monitor and report on progress of works, identifying risks in the delivery of priorities and implementing timely resolution of issues, to ensure appropriate reallocation of time, finance and effort to enhance the service
