Job Description:

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager on an initial 6 month contract.
  
Internal Communications and Engagement Manager
£350 per day umbrella
Exeter 1 day a week, 4 days from home.
  
The successful candidate will have previous experience with Internal Communications and Engagement communications, ideally working within change / transformation projects.  You will have experience working with internal clients and departments to develop campaigns / delivery initiatives, working on communications projects / campaign management and have excellent communication techniques.  Within the position you will play a key role providing advice to departments on their internal communications projects and campaigns , along with the following duties –
  
Key duties

• Provide expert internal communications advice and support to different teams across the client, ensuring their communications align with the internal communications principles and are planned on the forward look.
• Work closely with Directorate change partners to support the delivery of key piece of organisational change projects and initiatives.
• Be an active part of the internal communications team supporting the daily operational running and duties of the team including responding to enquires, monitoring of channels, providing ad hoc advice.
• Support a variety of internal communications channels such as intranet, viva engage, all staff briefings, town halls
