Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Associate Director of Waste Management Services for a busy public sector client based in Brighton on a initial 6 month contract.

The main purpose of this role will be to:

• Lead the operational aspects of the Waste Management Service.
• Work closely with elected members to ensure operations are aligned to priorities and policies. 
• Ensure the service is delivered to a high standard

Candidates must have the following experience:

• Proven experience delivering a waste management service
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Worked in a highly unionised based environment

This role will be mainly office based with no more than 2 days working from home per week. 

Due to the nature and seniority of this role we are open to conversation on expected candidate day rates.
