Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Planner for a busy organisation based in Nottingham on a 3 month initial contract.
  
Working as part of the Procurement Team you will assist with all areas of procurement including product management and purchasing / buying. You will support with best value stock procurement maintaining lean inventory levels, process purchase orders, make reactive purchases, build relationships with the supply chain and manage any inbound queries. You will also ensure the product and parts database is kept up to date.
  
The ideally candidate with have past experience in a procurement, buyer or purchasing based role with experience using ERP systems and MS Excel. You will be a team player, organised and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  
The role will initially be office based full time whilst training is undertaken and following this work on a hybrid basis of 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
  
The rate of pay for this role will be £17.77 per hour via an umbrella company (Approx equivalent of £27,000 per annum)
