Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Manager / Lead Machinist to to lead and optimise machining operations. 

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Leading CNC machining
• Ensuring safe, compliant operations across CNC machining, manual machining and  fabrication.
• Maximising operational efficiency
• Delivering high-quality components
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Allocating workload and resources

 The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven CNC machining experience
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Leadership skills
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Confidence in managing people, resolving issues, and meeting production targets
• Team development, and cross-department coordination
• Mentoring and training machinists

This role will be site based in Nottingham on a permanent basis and offering a salary of £42,000 – £48,000 plus benefits. Please apply today for immediate consideration.
