Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Repairs Surveyor to help deliver high-quality repairs and safety inspections across 10,500 tenanted homes, 3,000 garages, and 700 commercial properties.

The role:

• Diagnose and manage day-to-day repairs in domestic and commercial buildings
• Conduct property surveys and gas fault diagnostics
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and CDM standards
• Liaise with contractors, housing officers, and tenants to deliver excellent service
• Support legal processes, disrepair claims, and insurance-related works
• Contribute to service improvements and budget management

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in building surveying ideally housing and commercial properties
• Contract administration
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building faults, and relevant legislation
• HNC or equivalent qualification
• Full UK driving licence
