Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for x2 Debt Recovery Officers on a contract basis for a public sector business based in Corby.
  
Your role as debt recovery officer will involve the collection of income from housing tenants. This will include communication by phone and email as well as writing and sending letters. You will complete debt checks, tenancy checks and references as well as dispute any recharges.
  
No public sector or housing experience is required as training can be provided but you must have debt collection / debt recovery experience from either customers or businesses.
You will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills.
  
Please note this role will be 5 days per week in the office working 9am-5pm.
