Job Description:

We are seeking a HR Consultant on a 3 month initial contract but likely to extend to provide day to day HR advise and employee relations support for a Public Sector business.
  
You will support line managers offering support and advice around disciplinary, performance management and sickness absence management. This will include managing a varied HR caseload and supporting senior managers in preparing for employment tribunals, etc.
  
The ideal candidate will be:

• CIPD Certified
• Experienced human resource professional who has managed a varied case load
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and preparing for tribunals
• Past experience in a public sector organisation or liaising with trade unions would be highly desirable but not esseential.

  
This role will be 5 days office based.
  
Pay Rate: £29 per hour via a umbrella company.
