Job Description:

We are seeking a HRIS Specialist on a 4 month initial contract to work on a project to optimise the core HR and Payroll infrastructure and streamline workflows.
 
Typical tasks will include:

• Reporting & Analytics: Assist with the creation, development, and automated scheduling of reporting via Business Objects.Data & Reconciliations: Perform detailed data analysis and reconciliations using advanced spreadsheet tools.
• System Configuration & Maintenance: Help implement configuration changes, process improvements, and system upgrades within iTrent.
• User Support: Manage user support tickets, system security, and functionality via Halo CRM.
• Workflow Optimization: Improve data integration and process efficiency between HR software and other organizational systems.

 
We are seeking candidates who has past experience with HR Systems with specific expertise in supporting, configuring, and developing MHR iTrent software and using Business Objects for report creation.
 
This role will be hybrid based and to start ASAP.
 
Day Rate: £350 per day umbrella.
