Client Process

Permanent Role Campaigns

Step 1

Your one point of contact will get to know you, your business and Team. Before we can recruit for you we need to understand your business objectives, culture and role requirements. This is a 2 way process and essential to 4M Recruitment being able to provide the level of services we strive for.

Step 2

Once we have a detailed brief we will engage with our extensive networks of candidates as well as using industry leading tools to gain access to the candidates and skills that you require.

Step 3

We will conduct a thorough 4M Recruitment screening process to shortlist a bespoke list of applicants for you.

Step 4

We will provide a shortlist of applicants including CVs and candidate briefs which we can also discuss with you over the phone, video call or in person.

Step 5

Arrange Interviews with the selected candidates

Step 6

Provide post interview feedback from candidates

Step 7

Manage the offer and negotiation process with candidates including interview feedback to unsuccessful candidates

Step 8

Assist with any onboarding (4M Recruitment process or bespoke for client needs) for the successful candidate and finalise a start date

Step 9

Once the candidate has settled in we will check in to see how the new starter has been progressing

Contractor / Temporary Worker Campaigns

Step 1

This is a 2 way process and essential to 4M Recruitment being able to provide the level of services we strive for. We will also discuss a IR35 Assessment if applicable.

Step 2

Once we have a detailed brief we will engage with our extensive networks of candidates as well as using industry leading tools to gain access to the candidates and skills that you require.

We will conduct a thorough 4M Recruitment screening process to shortlist a bespoke list applicants for you.

Step 4

For the successful applicant we will complete all background checks using our online
onboarding process. This includes references, right to work checks, qualification checks and if applicable we can process DBS checks. This process can be tailored based on your needs and once all checks are complete we can finalise a start date.

Step 9

Arrange for any contract schedules to drawn up and signed

Step 10

Provide access to our online timesheet system so contractor hours can be logged and
authorised.

Step 11

Once the candidate has settled in we will check in to see how the new starter has been
progressing

Step 12

Ongoing support throughout the assignment
