Job Description:

We are seeking a Asset Disposal Surveyor to support the Asset Improvement and Recovery Plan following the Section 114 Notice. As Property Disposal Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in carrying out comprehensive due diligence on property assets, identifying and progressing opportunities for disposal to achieve best value and strengthen our financial recovery.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence on property assets to assess disposal opportunities.
• Manage the disposal process from instruction to completion, working with appointed property agents.
• Liaise with internal and external legal teams to ensure transactions are delivered efficiently.
• Ensure best value outcomes that directly support the council’s financial recovery.
