Our renowned client within Higher Education is looking to recruit a CRM Marketing Manager on an initial 6 month contract.

CRM Marketing Manager
London – 1 day a week, 4 from home
£280 per day inside IR35

We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join our External Engagement division and lead the delivery of personalised, insight-driven communications for prospective students.

In this role, you’ll use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design and optimise customer journeys, create engaging content, and drive targeted email and CRM campaigns that enhance the applicant experience. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, digital, insight and IT teams to deliver integrated, high-performing communications.
Responsibilities 

• Deliver CRM and email campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Create clear, inclusive content for key stages of the applicant journey
• Use segmentation, data insights and testing to improve engagement
• Monitor CRM performance and recommend improvements
• Support CRM training and maintain best-practice resources
• Contribute to integrated marketing activity across multiple teams

What You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering B2B/B2C CRM programmes (Dynamics ideal)
• Proven success managing segmented campaigns
• Strong understanding of GDPR and email compliance
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to inclusive communication
