Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Customer Account Manager on a permanent basis for a expanding engineering / manufacturing business based in Chesterfield.
  
The main purpose of this role will be to act as the primary point of contact for customers including:

• Dealing with day to day queries
• Managing order processing including providing quotes through to delivery
• Building relationships with customers and providing timely updates on orders.
• Manage and ecalate customer concerns
• Forecasting of demand
• New customer onboarding.
• Coordinate customer requests for pricing, lead times, delivery information, etc
• Produce reports
• Identify areas for improvement to contribute to improved customer experience

  
The ideal candidate will be an experience Account Manager or Customer Service professional that has extensive experience in a business to business based environment. You will have excellent communication skills and also ideally some experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
  
This role will be office based 5 days per week.
