Job Description:

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Highways Customer Service Administrator on an initial 6 month contract, working from the Kettering office.
  
Highways Customer Service Administrator

£15 per hour umbrella.
  
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor or Administrator role and be confident resolving queries.  Within the role you will support the Highways team manage insurance claims, provide information to customers, respond to customer requests, respond to customer complaints and update internal systems amongst other duties.  You will have excellent communication skills, be confident providing customer service responses via email and telephone contact, be confident updating internal systems and enjoy working in a team environment.
