Our client is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager on a permanent basis, working from their Nottingham office.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Customer Service Manager and ideally have worked within the financial sector.  You will have fantastic communication skills, have experience building and developing teams and establishing processes and be a hands on leader.  Within the role you will help develop the customer service culture, will ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to, will provide and analyse MI, report on team effectiveness, risks and complaint handling and support the junior managers amongst other duties.
