Job Description:

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Engineering Business Manager to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have up to 10 years experience ideally with an aerospace and automotive industry.

Your responsibilities will be to maximise the growth, efficiency and profitability of the Business as a whole. 
  
You will be overseeing operations of a business unit. Directs the organization to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals within the business unit in support of the company’s overall financial and strategic objectives. Administers the organisation’s policies through subordinate managers and directs and coordinates activities of more than one department, such as engineering, operations, information technology, accounting and finance.

Knowledge and experience of Quality/Business Management Systems (EN 9100 / ISO 9001) and other relevant standards would be beneficial.
