Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Planning and Analysis Manager to support financial planning, performance reporting and governance within a public sector environment.
  
You will play a key role in producing high-quality performance and financial reports, supporting budget monitoring and forecasting, maintaining data integrity and providing clear analysis and insight to senior officers, leadership teams and elected Members. You will support with the development of Medium Term Financial Strategy as well as budget setting and forecasting.
  
We’re looking for someone with:

• Local authority or wider public sector experience in finance, performance, planning or business management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience supporting financial planning, budget monitoring or governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines

• Hybrid based – 2 days in Chichester
• £450-700 per day via umbrella company
