Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Fire and Security Training Manager on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of this role will be to lead the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive training strategy to ensure apprentice learners are skilled, certified, and aligned with industry standards in the fire and security sector including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and intruder detection.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Training experience in the fire and security sector
• Product knowledge in Honeywell, Texecom, Hikvision.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

This role can be home based with travel to training and client sites across the UK.

Salary in the region of £45,000 but negotiable depending on qualifications / certifications plus bonus, 33 days of annual leave, enhanced pension contributions and many more benefits.
