Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Repairs Officer on a 3 month initial contract to work across Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.

Your role will be to inspect social housing properties for repairs and works whether occupied or vacant properties producing reports, schedules of works and information for team members.

The ideal candidate will has past experience working as a repairs officer or surveyor carrying out inspections on residential properties and producing details of works. You will have a good understanding of housing standards as well as health and safety, compliance and asbestos, etc.

This role is due to start ASAP and offering a rate of £30 per hour paid via a umbrella company.
