Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Interim Business Analyst on a initial 6 month contract mainly working from home.

Your main role will be to to support the delivery of a fit for purpose desk and room booking system which allows us to fully maximise our retained assets by being able to use them dynamically to book assets and monitor usage, which in turn will allow us to make informed decisions about our assets with accurate data about the use of spaces.

Your role will be to:

• Gather current processes and pain points
• Complete user needs analysis
• Requirements elicitation and ‘to be’ process design
• Research how similar services are delivered and support market testing
• Document and communicate your findings and ideas
• Shape and evaluate options as part of business case development

The ideal candidate will be a experienced Business Analyst with strong process design and redesign experience as well as requirements elicitation, engineering and development experience. Past experience developing new and existing processes in the public sector would be highly desirable.

The target day rate for this role is in the region of £450 per day via a umbrella company.
