Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Interim Regeneration Manager to work on a part time 3 days per week basis on a initial 6 month contract.

The main purpose of the role will be leading the regeneration work in the City Centre including managing a team of 4 staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading large scale regeneration projects in complex urban environments and leading negotiations with multiple stakeholders. Other experience will include strong project management, stakeholder management, budget management, reporting and leadership based skills.
