Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to provide reactive and pre-planned maintenance to equipment in a distribution / warehouse based environment.

• 12 hour shifts
• 0600-1800 or 1800-0600
• 4 on 4 off
• Days / Nights
• Reading based
• £48,293 salary package

You will be responsible for mechanical and electrical based maintenance on a range of equipment including conveyors, material handling systems, sorting equipment, lifting equipment and cranes, etc. 

You will have past experience in a maintenance engineering based role with excellent mechanical and electrical based skills including ideally being 18th edition / City and Guilds / HNC / ONC / BTEC Certified.

Understanding of automation and control based systems would be highly advantageous but not essential.
