Job Description:

We currently recruiting for a Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis for a expanding business based in Nottingham.

The main purpose of this role will be to support with the following:

  • Planning and management of day to day staff rotas, special events and disruptions including annual leave and absence management cover.
  • Coordinate the deployment of staff to meet operational needs
  • Training requirements are maintained
  • Staff uniform management
  • Ensuring staff fitness, competency and compliance at duty sign on

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Operational coordination experience such as resource planning, rostering / rota management
  • Strong organisational and communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to manage a reactive workload
  • Good IT skills including working with data
  • Problem solver
  • Customer Focused

Due to the nature of this business this role will be working on a 4 week shift pattern working an average of 40 hours per week. This will include weekend work and shifts between 04.45am and 20.00pm.

£28,500 – £30,000 per year plus benefits including:
