Job Description:

Our established client is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager on an initial 6 month contract, working on a hybrid basis from their Central London based office.

£275 – £325 per day inside IR35
  
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within an Educational setting.  You will be confident in a senior Operations / Administration role, have an understanding and knowledge of employment law and HR practices and have strong financial management and budgeting skills.  Within the role you will take responsibility for the management of professional services staff, lead the professional service operations across all administrative activities, and provide front line administrative support with HR and staffing matters ensuring compliance to policies amongst other duties.
