Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor on a initial 3 month temporary contract with potential to become permanent for a business based in Derby.

• Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
• Afternoon Shift: 1400-2200 Mon-Thurs and 1200-1800 Friday

As production supervisor you will lead to team to ensure maximum productivity and be responsible for ensuring the services provided are to the correct quality and quantity and are produced on time. You will also support with continuous improvement and best practice.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Team Lead / Supervisory experience in a engineering / manufacturing based environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and be highly motivated
• Awareness of Continuous Improvement
• Experience working to processes and following procedures
• Past experience of machine operation would be ideal
