Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Project Assurance Support Manager on a 4 month initial contract.

• £280 per day via a umbrella company
• 4 month initial contract
• Hybrid – 1 day in office and 4 days from home

The Role:
This role report to the Programme Assurance Manager and will focus on overseeing the assurance delivery of low carbon energy carbon projects across property, assets and infrastructure which is being undertaken by a strategic partner across the city.

Your main duties will include:

• Monitoring performance of projects
• Tracking activities
• Stakeholder engagement to enable projects
• Supporting with proposals such as providing site information, plans, contacts, surveys, etc
• Support with project plans, tasks and response dates, etc
• Arrange access for site surveys

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Understanding and knowledge of project management principles and methods ideally with formal training / certifications
• Experience of project planning, scheduling, budgeting and control either as Project Manager, PMO, Programme Management or Project Support based role. 
• Working with 3rd parties and internal resource
• Past experience of supporting public sector bids or procurement would be beneficial
• Project Monitoring
