Job Description:

Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Systems Business Analyst on a permanent basis, working on a hybrid model from either their Northampton or Milton Keynes Office.
  
Your main duties as part of this role will be support the business and its stakeholders to solve problems and create efficiencies using technology.

Typical tasks will include gathering requirements and specifications, being a subject matter expert for your technology application area, identify improvements, solving business problems through technology and ensuring the business and its users maximise the use of software and applications. 

You will have experience and skills in some of the following areas:

• Business Analysis
• Systems Analysis
• SQL Databases
• Business Applications Software
• Running your own projects
• Stakeholder engagements
• Requirement gathering, roadmaps and process maps
• Understanding of data, security and systems
• Ideally some automation experience such as Power Apps or Power Automate or a willingness to learn in this space
• Documentation
• Experience with Microsoft Data and AI would also be beneficial.
