Helen has almost 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry managing all things Compliance & HR. She loves nothing more than absorbing new legislation and putting effective processes in place. Clients and candidates can rely on Helen to give trustworthy and professional advice at every step of the recruitment journey. She has volunteered with local schools for many years as a mentor and worked on career strategy and implementation.
Her passion in her spare time is dog rescue – fostering, transporting and conducting home checks for numerous rescues for over thirty years. She loves spending time with her husband and four grown-up children at the weekend and is always up for babysitting the granddogs. She avoids the gym like the plague and enjoys long hikes in the Peak District followed by a large glass (or two) of wine. Passionately Welsh, the flexibility of WFH has allowed her to spend more time with family over the border.
